Low-emitting materials
Low-VOC paints, adhesives, finishes and flooring specified in construction or renovation.
Why it matters
Paints, varnishes and adhesives release volatile organic compounds, formaldehyde among them, most heavily when new. Low-emitting products reduce that load.
